    3.Breakfast:-It is most important meal of the day you should never skip. A Healthy breakfast gives more
    nutrients as compare to any other meal in during day.

    4.Sleep:-Your Sleep patterns decide your mood and your health a bad sleep cycle will affect physical and mental health  A Proverb say                   Early To Bed Early To Rise is Better Than a Wise”.

    5.Diet:-A Balanced diet provides your body with all  nutrients  it requires. Improving your diet is important step towards improving your lifestyle.
